I joined Haven when they were an early stage startup, growing their supply-chain product market share by increasing customers, and finding niche problems to solve in the industry.

With exploratory research along with my product peer, we identified container tracking as a huge gap in the market. I designed a lean and robust supply-chain tracking product for containers on cargo ships, complete with notifications and correspondence mechanisms.

Impact

The end-product’s usability led to a successful exit via acquisition by FourKites (a Real-Time Supply Chain Visibility Platform).
