Mobile user experience
Role: Part of a five person Mobile UX team responsible for researching and creating Oracle Voice, an NLP-based multimodal conversational agent on mobile for Sales & Field Service reps.
Impact: Launched the zero-to-one experience of Oracle Voice for Oracle Field Service with a high CSAT.
Goals fulfilled:
✅ Design and own complete end-to-end, usable experiences backed by research.
✅ Gained a deep sense of understanding in working with multimodal technologies.
✅ Learn about ML and AI technologies that are key to making progress in the field.
Design system maintenance
Maintained and modified the mobile design system.
